 BookWriter™ Professional: Help & Support
We understand that sellers just want to be sellers, not computer technicians. Our technical support policy is simple and straightforward: Email support is free and unlimited. BookWriter Professional contains a dedicated facility for asking questions right out of the program. You'll generally receive an answer within 24 hours, usually much sooner.
We've also provided information and resources to help you resolve problems yourself without requiring our assistance. Unlike software with online-only help (requiring you to have a live Internet connection), BookWriter Professional includes a traditional Help system equivalent to a 200-page instruction manual (see sample screen shot below). There are also support support forums where you can receive collaborative help from other users — all at no cost to you. And of course, you can send e-mail right out of the program if you have a question not covered in the Help reference.
For more in-depth, personalized assistance, we offer several technical support services ranging from monthly support plans to per-incident calls to live, remote-access sessions in which we connect to your computer to diagnose and resolve problems directly. Use whichever is most appropriate for your business needs.

Just press the F1 key and BwPro's context-sensitive Help is on the screen. No more hunting and pecking through cookie-cutter HTML help systems. Guided Tours can also walk you through each area of the program in tutorial fashion.
