The Page area provides the ability to perform page-wide substitutions for boilerplate text and/or external files. You can include text, HTML, Java scripts -- whatever you need.

The Text Substitutions area provides the ability to explicitly specify text to substitute for named tokens in the page template.

The File Substitutions area lets you insert complete files in your composed pages. These normally contain pre-defined text which you typically use over and over again. However, these can also include a list of links, shopping cart HTML code, Java scripts -- anything you want!
